As usual I am more than please with the service of the Bee and the fox. The shirt fits great and the shipping was fast. I will definitely buy from you guys again.
So stoked on this purchase! The quality is great and the message is so timely. I had to exchange for a different size -- I missed the part about sizing up. Customer service made the exchange super easy and I'll be happy to support this small business again in the future! Thanks for making great quality tees with great messaging!
Wow, where to start with this one? I ordered this item in late Dec. along with one other item, the package arrived 12/24 and was incomplete. It took 4 emails, 2 Instagram messages, and 2 Instagram public comments before someone actually reached out to me about this issue. Holidays am I right? But it didn't stop there- when the person finally reached out, they passive aggressively suggested that I probably had a typo in the email address which would explain the "non-response", as she put it in quotations. In my 5th email, to include screenshots of all the previous emails showing the correct email address, I suggested perhaps they reach out their email service provider to ensure this isn't happening to other customer. Then, and only then, did they check their spam box to find not only my emails but several others I'm told. Seems like basic customer service 101, but I digress. Throughout the whole ordeal, I've received a "thanks for hanging in there" and a tracking label for the correct item. Will I wear it, if I receive it? Yes. Would I shop here again or recommend to anyone else? No. I've worked service industry, I've worked corporate, I've worked startups - never have I ever experienced a customer service response blaming the customer. I'd use this as a teaching tool for my current company, but they don't need it.
I tell the kids I mentor all the time, you will never know how something as simple as a smile can change a life. May kindness always win!
I wish I had this message on every tote, hat, bumper sticker and keychain I own!
